Found this at a garage sale. Yes, it is a battery powered bicycle. It takes a lawn mower battery, you pedal for a bit to get some speed, then engage the red clutch. A wheel drops down and moves the front wheel Runs about 20-25 MPH and will go for about 2 hours, then it needs charged.
As my daughter would say: "Flippin' sweet!"
