They are withholding $15,000 until the state clears it, they are looking for any compensation for services they may have provided. I will get the rest ($15,000) when the state settles up. I am happy, I have enough to pay cash for the 1 of the 2 houses I am looking at. We have 1 house that we are completely in love with.
