Turns out, this piece of **** driver forged my signature! He signed for the package after the fact to try and cover his ass. I have proof of my location, my wife has a receipt from the store with the time on it, and my neighbors wouldn't sign my name. If I file charges, this moron can get 5 years and a $10,000 fine. I think he would be better off just admitting it.
I talked to the manager at the FedEx hub this was delivered out of. I am able to view the signature online, and it is beyond the shadow of a doubt not mine. It is my first 2 initials followed bay a scribble. I ALWAYS sign my entire name including the "SR" at the end. The handwriting in no way resembles mine.
Good news, I can file a civil suit for at least the cost of the PC. $1047 total. I can probably add shipping onto that, and a bit more.
I will keep you updated.
